The event
The Talent and Leadership Club are being hosted by PMI at their lovely offices by St Paul's to explore the topic of coaching. This is part of the 2025 series of in person events where the learning community will come together to explore a topic to a level of depth.
The coaching industry has changed more in the past five years than it has in the previous twenty. Learning professionals have variety of coaching options to select from that include pure AI coaching with no human involvement, AI augmented coaching, scalable platform-based coaching options and the traditional exec –coaching solution. How to leverage this cocktail of offerings is the responsibility of the learning professional. This event will bring together the key players, explore case studies and provide a chance to debate the relative strengths of the offerings and when they should be deployed.
