About the event
The event
Artificial intelligence is reshaping work at speed, compressing roles, accelerating decision cycles and automating tasks that were recently considered distinctly human. Against that backdrop, this session will explore what it really means to keep people at the heart of a tech-driven organisation. Rather than focusing on tools, the conversation will centre on the “human edge” and how organisations can define and strengthen it with intent.
Discussion is expected to touch on the evolving role of the learning function in this new environment, including whether L&D becomes more of a systems architect, orchestrating capability across the business, and how it demonstrates value when performance data is increasingly automated. We may also explore how culture shifts under technological pressure, how trust and belonging are maintained, and what leadership behaviours become more important when AI can provide analysis but not judgement, empathy or moral courage.
