Talent and Leadership Club - Birmingham gathering

T&L Gathering: Birmingham

Join us for a morning of conversation, connection and shared thinking with fellow in-house talent, learning and leadership professionals in central Birmingham.

This isn’t a conference or a morning of presentations. It’s a chance to get a group of good people together to have useful conversations about the issues that are genuinely relevant to our practice. The session is open to all in-house professionals, whether you’re already a member of the T&L Club or not, and we’ve already got a great group of people joining us.

The agenda will be shaped by those attending. We’ll refine it nearer the time and make sure everyone has the opportunity to contribute, but some of the themes people have already asked to explore include:

• Making learning a more strategic contributor, including learning ecosystems and skills-based approaches.

• Building the skills we’ll need for the future and helping our people develop them.
