The session

I’d like to invite you to join a webinar where I’ll be sharing a new 360 tool we’ve been developing, smart360.

It’s been built directly in response to conversations in the community. 360 feedback comes up a lot, both in terms of how it’s used and where it falls short, so this is an attempt to rethink it properly using AI, not just layering AI on top of something that already exists, but building it with AI at its core.

In the session, I’m keen to get your thoughts and reactions. I’ll walk you through the tool so you can see how it works in practice and get a feel for the experience. More broadly, it’s also a chance to explore the difference between tools that have been retrofitted with AI and those that have been designed around it from the start, they’re fundamentally quite different.
