The session

In a rapidly changing world, organisations need people at every level who can anticipate, adapt, and drive improvements. Building this change capability is essential for long-term success, and it’s also key to creating workplaces where motivation, engagement, and wellbeing can truly flourish.

In this session, Dr Joanne Gray will explore how organisations can unlock the full potential of their people by designing the right conditions for proactive behaviour to thrive. Drawing on her research and experience, Joanne will introduce the PROACTIVE Work Design Framework© and share fresh insights into how HR can shape environments that enable individuals and organisations to grow, innovate, and succeed.
