About the event
This will be a highly interactive, conversation-based session focused on learning standards and how they can be used to drive greater consistency, rigour and impact across learning portfolios.
Rosemary Hoskins will host the discussion and begin with a short framing conversation around learning needs analysis. The opening focus will be on the practical challenges organisations face when diagnosing learning needs, translating business requirements into capability interventions, and maintaining quality across different programmes and stakeholders.
Participants will be encouraged to bring a live challenge from their own context. This might include:
Inconsistent programme design quality
Weak links between needs analysis and solution design
Difficulty defining “what good looks like” in learning
