Background

This session flows directly from an in-person gathering we recently held with the community, and is one of the topics that people were particularly keen to explore in more depth. We have opened it up to the wider community so that more people can benefit from the conversation. Importantly, this is not a session you can simply turn up and listen to. It is designed as a peer-led discussion, rather than an expert-led session, and the value will come from people sharing real experiences, examples and reflections from their own work.
