The Essential Impact Evaluation approach is a new, highly efficient and more brief method for evaluating impact of L&D initiatives that is valid, technically sound, but practical and simple enough that any L&D professional can use it. And, above all, a method that produces compelling evidence of value that L&D leaders and their clients can use to accelerate impact and business results.
