The Talent and Leadership Club are being hosted by Bayes Business School at their lovely offices in Finsbury Square, London, to explore the topic of the careers . This is part of the 2025 series of in person events where the learning community will come together to explore a topic to a level of depth.

Careers feel like they are at a crossroads, facing the disruptive forces of AI, a rapidly evolving skills landscape and shifting generational expectations. Automation and technology are reshaping entry-level, mid and senior roles demanding a rethink of what ‘job readiness’ means. The so-called skills revolution is accelerating with employers seeking adaptability, problem-solving and digital fluency alongside traditional qualifications.
