What is your SCOPE?

For over 30 years, Karen has been working as a consultant and leader exploring how to build socially sustainable organisations. She is a strategist and behavioural scientist by background. As levels of complexity and ambiguity have increased exponentially, many of our tried and tested approaches to capability building have been found wanting and our leaders, managers and employees are struggling to create workplaces where humans thrive. 

In this session Karen will share findings from several pieces of action research which shed light on critical success factors for socially sustainable change and provide tips on how talent and learning professionals can be part of the solution.
