In this interactive session we will explore how to develop an effective coaching strategy, taking into account the various purposes organisations have for coaching, the pros and cons of internal vs external coaching, the importance of strong management and oversight, and the holy grail of demonstrating the impact to justify and inform future investment and continuous improvement.
Katharine St John-Brooks is an internal coaching expert with more than 20 years' experience as a coach following a successful career within UK Government. She is the author of Internal Coaching: The Inside Story.
Sam Isaacson is a coaching thought leader and consultant, focusing on cutting-edge technology and the use of coaching within organisations. He is editor of The Coaching Buyers' Handbook and co-wrote the chapter on Internal Coaching with Katharine in the latest revision of the Complete Handbook of Coaching, and is leading EMCC Global's work on future-proofing coaching accreditation.
